GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

1.Identification of the company

2. Scope

These GTC apply to all sales made:

In physical store
Via the website
Sales and deliveries are available throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

 

3. Products

The Seller offers for sale:

Brick-type construction products (new or vintage)
Products from third-party brands (Lumibricks, Funwhole, Cobi, etc.)
Minifigures and accessories
Vintage products may show signs of wear or defects related to their age. These characteristics do not constitute a defect.

The visuals are non-contractual.

 

4. Price

Prices are indicated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is at the time of the order.

 

5. Orders

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

Dispute
Suspected fraud
Obvious error
Any validated order is firm and final after payment.

 

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times are given as an indication. The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of:

Carrier delay
Force majeure
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Transport risks are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the product.

 

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

A maximum period of 14 days may be granted for a return from receipt.

Mandatory conditions:

New product, unused
Original packaging intact
Complete product
🚫 No returns will be accepted if the internal bags have been opened 

🚫 No return on assembled or used product

Any product that does not comply with these conditions will be refused.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the Seller is mistaken.

 

8. Incomplete products or missing parts

In case of missing part:

WorldBriick will implement all reasonable means to resolve the situation:

Search for the part
Contact the manufacturer
Adapted commercial solution
This obligation is an obligation of means and not of result.

 

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible:

Misuse of products
Failure to comply with age recommendations
Indirect damage
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the product.

 

10. Compliance and warranty

Products are provided as is, unless otherwise stated.

Any claim must be made within a reasonable time after receipt.

 

11. Force majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of unpredictable events beyond his control (force majeure).

 

12. Intellectual property

All content on the site is the exclusive property of WorldBriick. 

All reproduction is prohibited.

 

13. Personal data

The data collected is used only for:

Order Processing
Delivery
Customer service
They are neither sold nor transferred.

 

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
